New Parent Billing Portal
NEW Parent Billing Portal Link:
Stone Ridge uses FACTS Tuition Management for student billing and payment plans.
Within the first month after enrolling, Stone Ridge will initiate an email from FACTS to the parent to set up their tuition account. Parents do not need to take action prior to receiving this email.
To access tuition invoices and make payments, parents will visit FACTS Tuition Management. The Stone Ridge FACTS link is https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FS17.
First-time users will need to create an account. Families with a FACTS log-in for financial aid applications or from using FACTS for tuition payments at another school should use their existing ID and password; however, FACTS must be accessed through the link provided above. The access links provided through FACTS are what makes every school unique.
Once the account is set up, you will be taken to the FACTS Welcome Page, 2025-2026 School Year, where you will verify your contact information and set up your payment plan.
Payment Plans
Stone Ridge offers several payment plan options, described in the enrollment agreement:
- 10 monthly payments (April 2025 - January 2026)
- 2 semiannual payments (July 2025 and January 2026)
- 1 annual payment (July 1, 2025)
- Early payment, with a $250 discount (due May 1, 2025)
If you wish to change the payment plan election you made during your original enrollment, you may do so via FACTS. In that case, please also notify Stone Ridge via email to studentbilling@stoneridgeschool.org.
Payments may be made via ACH or credit card; FACTS will charge an additional processing fee for credit card payments.
Billing entity note: Stone Ridge is incorporated under the name Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. Charges on your bank or credit card statements may appear under this name.
For any questions about tuition or billing, please contact the Student Billing Manager at 301-657-4322 ext. 1712 or studentbilling@stoneridgeschool.org.
