Career Panel - alumnae come back to SR to talk with our students.
SR Connects: Mentors provides a platform for meaningful interaction and engagement between alumnae and current Upper School students. The SR Connects: Mentors Program will feature a variety of themes and topics, some of which will specifically address the DEI Commitments. All of you are invited to share your experiences with our young women to help them pursue their own paths and dreams. Alumnae participants and presentation topics will reflect a range of ages, experiences, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and professions. Now more than ever, it is important to have alumnae involved in the day-to-day life of the School and for students to learn through the experiences of you, our alumnae.
The format for the SR Connects: Mentors program includes a one-hour session, led by one or two alumnae, with a presentation for 30-40 minutes followed by Q&A with the students. Some of the sessions will also include a virtual lunch for the alumnae presenters and members of a respective Diversity Cultural Group (DCG groups) or Student Community Governance (SCG groups) to exchange on a deeper level.
The lunches with the DCG groups specifically will be open only to those students of the identified Diversity Cultural Group, the faculty advisor(s), alumnae presenters, and alumnae who identify as members of that group. The goal is to create a safe space for dialog.

The SR Connects Master Classes program offers a unique opportunity for alumnae to come together to educate, network, and have fun. Alumnae experts from a wide range of industries will host Master Classes throughout the year, fostering the spirit of Goal II of Sacred Heart education and inspiring our alumnae to be lifelong learners.
One of the goals of the alumnae office is to incorporate more alumnae into the student programming. It is important and meaningful for both the students and the alumnae to interact with each other. Please let us know if you would like to come back to campus to speak to the students about your professional experience, volunteer background or a specific area of expertise. We want to showcase our amazing students and alumnae to each other!
Tell us about your volunteer project, athletic or artistic passion, and/or professional experience you would like to share with our SR students.
Help Stone Ridge students learn how to make their passion their profession. The Job Shadow Program is an 8-day program which enables Stone Ridge girls to experience first-hand the industries and professions that inspire and interest them. Furthermore, the Job Shadow Program enables our students to connect with fellow SR alumnae who are living their professional dream. You can help to inspire the next generation of active thinkers, social activists, and leaders in your professional field.
Tell us about a job shadow program that you would like to share with our SR students.
