Upper School Assistant Dean for Academics
Stone Ridge is seeking an Upper School Assistant Dean of Academics to begin in July 2026.
The Upper School Dean of Academics is responsible for providing student support in alignment with the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Education and will:
- manage the details of the master schedule for Upper School
- partner closely with the Assistant Head of School to monitor academic progress of students
- Coordinate progress reports with Upper School faculty
- work closely with Student Support staff members to continue to provide strong support services to students.

Upper School College Counselor
Stone Ridge is seeking an Upper School College Counselor to begin in August 2026. This is a full-time, 10-month position, and reports to the Director of College Counseling.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of the Director and Associate Director of College Counseling. We are seeking someone who is engaging, organized, and who will work well in an intense, fast-paced office environment where camaraderie is highly valued.
The College Counselor works under the direction of the Director of College Counseling, guiding the students of each year’s graduating class through the process of transitioning to postsecondary education. The College Counselor will work with both families and students in alignment with the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Education. The College Counselor meets regularly with parents/guardians about their student’s college application process, meets with students during both junior and senior years, and maintains relationships with colleges and universities to support student placements. Attendance and participation in national and regional conferences, professional organizations, and education forums is required. The College Counselor attends all faculty and employee meetings and fulfills other duties as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding approximately 35 juniors and 35 seniors through the college process.
- Overseeing the progress of college selections for students from prospective to final lists.
- Providing information and guidance to students and parents/guardians about the college process, including finding a balanced list of colleges, assisting with college application completion, and helping with financial aid documents and deadlines.
- Writing supportive, detailed, highly individualized counselor recommendations.
- Managing all school forms for student applications, such as profiles, transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc.
- Working closely with the Head of Upper School and the academic advisement team on student course selection.
- Collaborating on and teaching the college counseling curriculum in the classroom to juniors and seniors.
- Meeting individually with students and parents/guardians during the junior and senior years to advise on the college search and application process.
- Maintaining relationships with colleges and universities to support student placements.
- Attending occasional evening and weekend work with college application workshops, college presentations, and college entrance exams.
- Presenting to groups of students and parents on the college search and application process.
- Traveling to visit colleges and attending national and regional conferences.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of events such as College Day in the District, College Nights with students/parents/guardians, Application Workshops, College Fairs, etc.
- Co-leading an advisory of 8-10 students.
- Engaging in our school-wide, bi-weekly Social Action Program.

Admissions and Advancement Associate
Stone Ridge is seeking a full-time Admissions and Advancement Associate to begin on July 1, 2026.
The Admissions and Advancement Associate provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to the enrollment and development teams. As a vital bridge between two outward-facing departments, this individual ensures that prospective families, donors, and alumnae receive a seamless and welcoming experience. This role requires a "mission-first" mindset, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to pivot between data-driven office work and active event execution.
Core Responsibilities
1. Event Logistics & Stewardship
- Execution: Support the planning and execution of major campus events, including open houses, admissions events, student visits, parent and student welcome events, the Fall Gala, donor cultivation events, events sponsored by the Parents Association, and other forward-facing school events
- Materials: Lead the production of event collateral, including nametag mail merges, registration packets, and hospitality supplies.
- On-Site Support: Assist with the physical setup, staffing, and breakdown of events, ensuring all spaces reflect the school’s standards of excellence.
- Volunteer Coordination: In collaboration with department leadership, help recruit, train, and manage student and parent volunteers for on-campus events.
2. Communication & Outreach
- Brand Representation: Act as a primary point of contact for telephone and written inquiries, providing a high level of compassion and customer service to all constituents.
- Digital & Print Campaigns: Assist in the preparation and distribution of mailings, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Recruitment Support: Represent the school at off-campus school fairs and feeder-school events; travel as needed to promote the school’s mission.
- Content Management: Assist in updating and editing Admissions and Advancement web pages to ensure information is current and engaging.
3. Data Management & Administrative Operations
- Records Maintenance: Organize and maintain accurate files for both Admissions (applicant records) and Advancement (donor records).
- Administrative Support: Provide general office assistance, including copying, filing, and data organization to ensure peak efficiency during high-volume cycles.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications Department to facilitate the production of recruitment and fundraising materials throughout the school year.

- minimum of 1- 3 years administrative experience in an educational, non-profit or similar setting
- a commitment to the mission and values of a K-12 Catholic all-girls education.
