Issue 2

In this edition, we celebrate the transformative power of all-girls education and the many ways Stone Ridge inspires girls and young women to be engaged, curious, and confident leaders prepared to make a difference in the world. From a recap of February’s ICGS Symposium hosted at Stone Ridge to reflections from our Sacred Heart educators on the unique advantages of an all-girls education, this issue highlights the experiences that empower our students to grow with purpose and courage.

We also explore how the foundations of leadership and service are nurtured in the Lower School and continue to flourish through Middle and Upper School—on the stage, in student-led clubs, in the classroom, and beyond. Grounded in Goal III: a social awareness which impels to action, this edition reflects on the enduring impact and evolution of Stone Ridge’s Social Action program and celebrates the many ways our students and alumnae live out a commitment to serving others.
