I was really involved with the theatre department, from acting to tech. As for classes, Creative Writing and Short Stories allowed me to expand my understanding of literature and explore my own identity as a writer.

I participated in summer Appalachia Service Project. It was a great way to give back to the community, learn new skills with equipment like drills and circular saws, and to bond with other students. It was truly a life changing experience.

My favorite classes were AP Music Theory and pretty much every math and science class. In college I plan to study Chemical Engineering, and continue to sing a cappella and perform community service.
